Notion makes it straightforward to set any page to be the home page for your Notion website. Once you have created a home page, any pages linked to this page becoming the rest of the website.

Step 1: Open your main Notion page and select Share

Open the page that will be the homepage and select Share from the top right hand menu

Step 2: enable Share to web

In the Share dialog box, enable Share to web. At this point, you have created a Notion website.

Finally, when you exit the dialog box, anyone with the URL can view the website online – and that’s it!

Inviting Guests to your Notion Website

Once you have created your Notion website, you can email invites for guests to visit the homepage. You can also set their rights to the website at the same time:

Step 1: Search For or Add New Guests in Share Menu

In the Share to web dialog box of the homepage, you can select the Invite field to search for or add new guests



Enter a new guest email or select an existing person. As you select or enter each name, you can assign them Full access(depending on your Notion plan), Can edit, Can comment and Can view. When the list is completed, select Invite to return to the Share to web window to finalise the invite.




You can also assign the access to your guests the Share to web window. As above, you can assign them Full access(depending on your Notion plan), Can edit, Can comment and Can view.

Finally, exiting the Share to web page will email a link of your website to your guests.
