Is there a WhatsApp Web App?
WhatsApp is currently not designed to be used on multiple devices simultaneously with one account, but WhatsApp is rumored to be working on a way to deliver that.
For now, WhatsApp has created WhatsApp Web app and WhatsApp Desktop extensions to help you send and receive WhatsApp messages via your computer or tablet and remain synchronised with your phone at the same time.
The following steps will show you how to install WhatsApp Web onto your iPad, PC or Mac.
How to Set Up WhatsApp Web App on your iPad (also works for PC and Mac)
Step 1: Open web.whatsapp.com on your browser
Open https://web.whatsapp.com on your iPad browser.
The WhatsApp Web page will appear with a QR code to link your WhatsApp Web page with your WhatsApp account on your phone.
Step 2: Open WhatsApp on your phone
Open WhatsApp on your smartphone.
Step 3: Select Menu or Settings
Select the WhatsApp menu or settings.
Step 4: Select Linked Devices
Select Linked Devices option. This will open the Link a Device screen on your phone.
Step 5: Select Link a Device
Select the Link a Device option on the screen. Your phone will be ready to scan the QR code on your web.whatsapp.com page.
Step 6: Scan the QR code on your web.whatsapp.com page
Use the Scan QR code page to scan the QR code on your web.whatsapp.com page.
Step 7: The WhatsApp Web Page will organise your messages
Your web.whatsapp.com page will synchonise with the messages on your phone
Step 8: WhatsApp Web page will display messages
Once Whatsapp Web page has finished synchronising with the WhatsApp chats on your phone, the same chats will appear on the WhatsApp Web page.
